What we collect
The Melbourne planner stores children's ages, adult count, interests, selected dates, starting suburb or landmark, travel and budget preferences, access requirements, optional school restriction, commitments and private notes. Children's names and dates of birth are not needed. Earlier accounts may still contain first names and school year levels from the previous planner. Signing in also uses your email and account identifier.
How we use it
We use these details to check eligibility and save your plan. Supabase stores plans and accounts. Google receives your starting location, venue address, travel mode and times for route estimates. Anthropic receives eligible activity identifiers and interest tags to assemble days; the new assembler does not receive your origin, ages, notes or commitment labels. Hosting, diagnostics and any analytics enabled on the site also process technical usage data. We do not sell planning information.
Children's privacy
This tool is for adults arranging family activities. Please avoid adding sensitive information or children's full names in free-text notes. Access requirements are optional and used to exclude unconfirmed activities.
Saved plans and sharing
A private, HTTP-only browser cookie identifies guest plans for 180 days. The plan is held on the server; clearing the cookie removes your access. Signed-in users can attach a guest plan to their account. Melbourne plans expire after 180 days and are removed by scheduled cleanup. Share links expire after seven days, can be revoked, and show only selected activities and dates. They exclude ages, origin, budget, commitments and private notes. Anyone with a share link can view its selected days until it expires or is revoked.
Account and privacy requests
For account or guest-plan deletion requests and other privacy questions, contact privacy@askhollie.com. Include a plan identifier if relevant, but do not send passwords or browser cookies.
