The work behind a good day

Freshness is part of the plan.

Hollie starts with the people running an activity. AI finds and organises the information; source evidence, review and expiry checks decide what can appear in your plan.

What a check means

Dates, hours, prices and booking rules expire after 24 hours. Collection runs repeatedly through the day. An error or a missing page never renews a fact.

Age and supervision are checked at least weekly, and again when the source changes. We distinguish admission rules from recommended ages.

A changed page goes back to review. Its earlier published version is withdrawn from new plans. Saved plans keep their original details and show that a check is needed.

Availability is separate. A booking link is not a booked place. Check with the provider before relying on a session; Hollie never books on your behalf.

Small collection. Visible gaps.

Initial coverage favours central Melbourne and the west. Teen activities, outer suburbs, access-specific sessions and full-day care need more work. Around 150 useful offers is a working target; we won’t add weak records to meet it. Current council areas: Melbourne.

An entry here is a source to check, not an approved activity. Where collection is paused, follow the provider directly.
