Crocosaurus Cove is Darwin's premier reptile attraction, right in the heart of the CBD. Home to the world's largest display of Australian reptiles, it's best known for the Cage of Death — a transparent acrylic cylinder that lowers you into the crocodile enclosure for an unforgettable close-up encounter. Also features a huge freshwater aquarium, barramundi fishing, and a water park for younger kids. Perfect for families during school holidays year-round — it's fully indoors and air-conditioned, making it ideal even in the wet season (November–April).
